As the HR Manager for PRO Partner Group, Ruth is responsible for implementing strategic leadership for all human resources functions whilst overseeing all HR processes and procedures. Her goal is to develop HR policies which boost performance and efficiency with employee work performance. Ruth is a self-motivated individual with over thirteen years' experience in HR, both in the United Kingdom and Middle East. She is an Associate Member of the UK CIPD and strives on developing the HR department so it is strategically aligned to the business. Ruth’s notable experience is strategic HR systems, performance management, recruitment, staffing, employee contract negotiations and payroll make her a key team member for the company.
