Abu Dhabi DED releases Circular to remind companies to have the correct activities and licence in the Emirate

The Abu Dhabi DED released Circular No.22/2021 referencing Law No.7 2018 to remind companies that in order to conduct business in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi companies should have the correct licence from the Abu Dhabi DED.

The circular also refers to companies acting as subcontractors and states that companies established in other Emirates will need to local branch office in Abu Dhabi with the correct licence to be compliant to do business in the Emirate.
