Nina Pacic

Nina Pacic is a Chartered CIPD professional and People Business Partner with over 12 years of HR leadership experience in the Middle East. Based in Dubai, she leads the people function across Sovereign’s regional offices, working with senior leadership to develop and implement people strategies that support organisational effectiveness, sustainable growth, and a consistent workplace culture.

She has contributed to the development and implementation of HR frameworks across multi-jurisdictional operations, supporting governance, compliance, and workforce development, while aligning people strategy with broader commercial objectives.

In addition to her internal role, Nina supports Sovereign’s HR advisory offering in the Middle East, advising clients on employment compliance, organisational design, employee relations, workforce planning, and organisational change. She is known for providing clear, practical guidance in complex regulatory environments.
