  • Minimum share capital: AED 1,000 (USD 272) per shareholder
  • Value of each share: AED 1,000 (USD 272)

The free zone has its own internal immigration department that processes the visa of all employees under the registered companies in the zone. As well as outstanding internal property advisors who can assist clients when choosing the appropriate facility for their business.

A wide range of premium office spaces and light industrial units, including fitted office spaces, co-working spaces, serviced offices, packages, and executive suites to accommodate ventures sizing from start-ups to large corporations are available in the zone. The premises are in the state-of-the-art Business Park, available for rent on an annual basis.
