Pooja is an accomplished professional with 11+ years of diversified experience across Business Development, HR Business Partnering, Project Administration, and Operations Management covering all sectors in UAE. Coming from a background in onshore and offshore oil & gas operations, she has an excellent understanding of business setup requirements for companies expanding into the UAE, especially those aligned with ADNOC’s business ecosystem.

Recognized for her transparent, client-first approach, Pooja has consistently built and maintained long-term relationships with both national and international clients. Her ability to drive client retention, repeat business, and sustainable growth has positioned her as a trusted advisor across the Middle East.

Currently serving as Business Development Manager at Sovereign PPG in Abu Dhabi, Pooja leads strategic client acquisition and relationship management initiatives, with a focused expertise across ADGM, Abu Dhabi, Dubai and other jurisdictions in the Middle East including KSA, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman. Her core competencies include corporate structuring, business setup, HR/Payroll, Accounting and PRO/Visa services, as well as supporting companies in their operational expansion across GCC markets.

Pooja holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources and is certified as a CHRP and CHRM, further strengthening her capabilities in business leadership and people strategy.
