Suchitra Ravi

Suchitra Ravi has been with Sovereign Corporate Services since 2019, progressing through key roles to her current position as Head of Corporate Services for the UAE  and Oman. She leads a team delivering comprehensive company structuring, formation, and regulatory compliance solutions across UAE Mainland, Free Zones, DIFC, ADGM and Oman.

With extensive experience across both private and public sectors, Suchitra has worked in diverse industries, including a notable tenure with Emirates Group. She has also contributed to significant government-led initiatives in Abu Dhabi, most notably as Consultant and Project Manager on a project focused on standardising the blue-collar workforce. In this role, she was instrumental in developing technical testing frameworks and establishing certified testing centres across the emirate.

During her time at Sovereign, Suchitra has supported high-profile luxury, sportswear, and international brands in establishing their presence in the UAE, guiding them through the complexities of the local regulatory landscape. She also works closely with Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) clients, advising on regulatory and operational compliance, and serves as Company Secretary, contributing to governance and corporate oversight.

Suchitra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), a Master of Business Administration and has completed the DIFC Law Certificate Programme, further strengthening her expertise in the UAE’s legal and regulatory framework.

She is committed to delivering practical, client-centric solutions and is known for her ability to navigate complex regulatory environments with clarity and efficiency.
