The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) in Saudi Arabia has issued a policy update regarding the new deadlines for submission and management of establishment locations in Saudi through the QIWA portal.

The policy has stated:

1. All establishments are committed to updating their locations and all branches with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development through ‘Establishment Website Management’ services on the QIWA portal. 
2. All establishments are committed to linking their employees to the headquarters of their establishments where they work, according to their data with MHRSD through ‘Location Management’ services on the QIWA portal. 
3. Establishments have been given the below deadlines to finish updating their locations and branches and linking their employees to the headquarters of their establishments.

Deadline based on the number of employees

The below deadlines apply for submission based on the establishments total number of employees. 

• 30/5/2024 – 20 or less employees
• 30/6/2024 – 21-49 employees
• 30/7/2024 – 50 and above employees
